I created this blogspot to share information and archives of many censored videos related to the truth of the Carnivore Diet. 6 days ago on October 17th 2019, I updated the playlist with 111 videos, and mentioned there would be upcoming censorship. 3 days later, the channel Carnivore Life / The Natural Human Diet was censored by vegans. So now I've created this site because it's only a matter of time before my playlist and channel gets censored too. Also, this site will be backed up too in case the vegans infiltrate blogspot the way they have with youtube.

Are Vegetables a Health scam?

I haven't had a vegetable in one year and 3 months now, and I've been questioning the validity of the nutrition content of vegetables for a while now since my health continues to get better despite not eating what's widely been considered a mandatory nutritional food.

"Eat your vegetables so you grow up to be big and strong, they said." We ate our vegetables reluctantly, trusting our parents and doctors knew what was good for us.
Kids universally are disgusted by alot of vegetables, which should be a clue into how good they are really for us, so let's see if theirs and my intuition is correct, and vegetables are merely a modern health scam and money making scheme by gigantic mono-cropping operations, and not necessary at all for the human being to function in it's peak health state.

Oxalates are a naturally occuring substance found in many vegetables, when accumulated in the body can create serious problems such as calcium oxalate kidney stones. Foods high in
oxalates are soy protein, spinach, chocolate, beet greens, almonds, swiss chard, cashews, and peanuts. So if you eat these foods frequently you risk the issue of kidney stones and other
byproducts of oxalate accumulation in your organs. According to westonaprice.org oxalates are found high in autistic people as well, showing a correlation with autism.

Lectins are a type of protein found in lots of plant foods that can interfere with your health when accumulated in the body. Foods high in lectins are Beans, peas, grains, cereals, vegetables
and fruits. It's best to moderate plant food intake to keep lectins from accumulating in the body and creating gastrointestinal issues.

There is a wide assumption that fiber is necessary for digestion, and actually healthy. The opposite is true, fiber actually impedes digestion. This means you don't need vegetables
for fiber or healthy digestion.

So what do we need vegetables for? Are we getting scammed by giant corporations making billions of dollars on feeding us nutritionally deficient slave food? Is Mono-Cropping a natural
farming technique? Wiping out giant plots of land to plant billions of clones of one vegetable? Modern vegetables are actually man-made and unnatural, have you ever seen what
corn used to look like before we modified it? It was essentially unedible, but once we beefed it up it became something you could actually eat as a human, its all deception.

Do you think we found giant plots of corn, or brocolli when we were roaming around thousands of years ago? Do you find them today in the wild? You don't, they only exist in these
unnatural mono-cropping facilities.

People that evolved in the Ice and Snow, such as my ancestors, didn't have access to much plant life so obviously they didn't have
vegetables as a nutritional component in their diet. They may be lucky to find some berries or fruit in the spring.
You can get all your essential nutrients from animal products such as beef and milk, So why is everyone telling us we have to eat vegetables??
